We have a grill top to go with it so you can have a cookout or just use it to make some memories around your own little beach bonfire and cook s'mores. It's BYOW (bring your own wood) -Outdoor stainless prep table and sink. Yes, we are fisherman friendly! -Screened-in porch with plenty of seating where you can hear the waves and watch the birds -Gulf view on two levels with tons of shaded deck seating and lounging -Fully loaded chefs’ kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve for a crowd -Drink bar with coffee station, drip coffee and Nespresso. We offer a starter supply of whole beans and pods. Coffee grinder included. Cocktail making, and a few cookbooks for inspiration. Neighborhood
We are located just off Texas State Hwy 87 in the heart of the Bolivar Peninsula. Copacabana Dr is a peaceful, neighborhood street with no direct driveable beach access. We have a private, local walking bridge to the sand, less than two minutes walk from the house. To access the beach by vehicle, drive the short distance back out to Hwy 87, turn left onto the Hwy, and turn left again onto Cove Dr. From there it's a straight shot down to the beach

You will have full use of the entire property! We offer self-check-in via a smart lock and code that is sent to guests 24 hours prior to their check-in date

Location
We are located in heart of Crystal Beach in the Copacabana by the Sea subdivision. Our house is near barrell 100 on the beach. Hwy 87, which runs the length of the peninsula, is the only access in and out of our neighborhood, we are located on a dead-end street. Rent a golf cart for your stay to get around or easily haul all that gear and food to the beach! Check our guest book, you will receive the link once booked, for locations where you can rent or ask us for a recommendation, we are happy to accommodate. To get off the peninsula and visit adjacent attractions there are only two options: Turn right onto Hwy 87 which will take you to Winnie>Houston or go left onto 87 to Galveston Ferry>Ferry crossing to downtown Galveston.
